Excellent work. Graham was very nice and accommodating to my busy schedule. The job was done quickly and professionally by the crew and the gutters look great.

Prompt, efficient service, gutters work great. Gutters were installed just before the monsoon rain, and the gutters allowed debris to fall to the ground and water to go down the drain and away from the house.

Graham was great
Graham was great. The job was done well and fine tuning was handled promptly. The gutters look great with our new paint job. Too bad the kids next door trampled the extension already.

They showed up for appt when they said they would. They called when the weather was poor, but when it turned great, were immediately onsite. The job was done quickly and efficiently with great results. No more broken gutters and overflow water. Final test will come with next big rainstorm.

We agreed to their recommendation
American Gutter Cleaning was referred to us by our neighbors, but we were initially hesitant and skeptical to employ their services, given their mixed reviews on Yelp and Angie's List. After much trepidation and back-and-forth, we decided to move forward, and much to our surprise, we didn't experience any major issues or horror stories when the company cleaned our gutters in early December.We suspect their customer service won't be earning the JD Power & Associates' award for highest in customer satisfaction any time soon, but for us our biggest gripe is the company's policy of not providing a date/time for the actual gutter cleaning e.g. I was repeatedly told "They will be there sometime in the next couple of weeks" All in, the gutter cleaning service cost $110.I should note that the folks that cleaned our gutters recommended that our gutters needed to be re-fastened to the fascia boards...we agreed to their recommendation, but we've been waiting for a couple of weeks for that service to be completed (understandable, given the wintry mix we've had in the back half of December and early 2014). To be continued I guess...

I would recommend their services to anyone
Have been using this company for 20 years. I am one of their long standing customers. I like that I don't have to be home when they come out to clean the roof gutters, they leave the bill. I haven't had any complaints. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Have been using American gutter cleaning services for around 4 years now
Have been using American gutter cleaning services for around 4 years now. My house has a lot of pine needles and leaves clogging the gutters and I use these folks twice a year. They do a great job with the clean up.They come on time and they leave the bill on the door. Havent had any complaints so far. I would defintely recommend them. But yes there is some disconnect with the persons who answer the phone, but that is all minor.
